·In January, 2000 Zhejiang Dun'an Sanshang Machinery & Electronic Products Co.,Ltd was entrusted by the National Committee of Refrigeration Instruments Standardization to draw up the national standard of house hold central air-conditioner.

·In Feb. 2000, Zhejiang Dun'an Group won the fourth place among the top 100 industrial private enterprises by Zhejiang Bureau of Industry and Commerce and the 48th place amongChinese top 500 privately-owned enterprises.

·On Sept. 8, 2001, the headquarters of Zhejiang Dun'an Group was transferred to Hangzhou.

·On Sept. 18, 2001, after one-year preparation, Dun'an Research Institute of Central Air- conditioning -- the first scientific and research authority in the air-conditioning field which was set up through cooperation between a privately-owned enterprise and such first-class domestic research institutes as Hefei General Machinery Research Institute and Zhejiang University -- was founded.

·On April 1, 2003, Dun'an Group was renamed as Dun'an Holdings Group. On April 2, Zhejiang Dun'an Machinery Co.,Ltd. was renamed as Zhejiang Dun'an Precision Industries Group Co.,Ltd.

·On April 17, 2003, Zhjiang Dun'an Artificial Environmental Equipment Co.,Ltd. set up a provincial post-doctoral research workshop.

·On April 17, 2003, Hefei General Refrigeration Equipment Co.,Ltd was established through joint investment by Zhjiang Dun'an Artificial Environmental Equipment Co.,Ltd. And Hefei General Machinery Research Institute.

·In May, 2003 Dun'an Holding Group was awarded as one of the “ Top 100 Enterprise of Zhejiang Province ”.
